Rebuilding our Health

R - Remember to wash your hands.
E - Eating healthy food.
B - Build healthy bodies.
U - Use our muscles daily.
I - It is not good to eat sweets because it is bad for your teeth.
L - Less fatty and sugary foods like lollies and cakes.
D -  Doing lots of exercise.
I - Include fruits and vegetables every day.
N - No junk food or drugs or smoking.
G - Getting healthy foods

    This is good healthy information for people that are not healthy. I like how you involve different type of information, next time I think you should create a acrostic about what is healthy.
