Today for Maths, I had to change fractions into percentages. My strategy for this was to find out the the fraction that was shaded, then divide those two numbers and find out the decimal to that. Then times that decimal by 100. The percentage will be your answer. For example, 3/6 = 3 divided by 6 = 0.2. 0.2 x 100 = 20%. Here is my activity!
I am a year 6 learner in the Te Wairua Pakiki 4 Learning Space at St. Pius X Catholic School in Auckland, New Zealand. My teachers are Ms Nees-Kairua and Mrs Tui.

Krystal - Percentages
Today for Maths, my class and I were learning about percentages. 1% means like 1/100 or one-hundredth, and 7% means like 7/100 or seven hundredths. I also watched a video to understand percentages a bit more.
